Mrs. Thanh Lan interviewed Mr Ho Ngoc on March 15^th 2014 in “The symposia forum to present the current situation in Vietnam” room.

Mr. Ho Ngoc Phuoc: Dear Mrs. Thanh Lan and all of you. Mr. White Buffalo, nicknamed “Beef Beef” or  “Must Life” is the person that designed the leaflet distribution machine. He volunteered to work with me and Mr Nguyen Ngoc Cuong in the past. At the moment, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc  Cuong is arrested in Vietnam. All I am telling you today is the complete truth; Mr. White Buffalo and I have worked together for a very long time on this leaflets distributing machine which has substantially impacted Vietnam.

Mrs. Thanh Lan: Could you please confirm that Mr. White Buffalo is Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, a current refugee in Thailand?

Mr. Ho Ngoc Phuc: Yes ma’am. White Buffalo is Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, a refugee in Thailand. I know very well how he escaped to Thailand and how is currently living. I am presently downloading the audios that we have recorded together and will send them over to Mr. Tran Anh Tuan. This will allow him to have important record to present and work with the UNHCR relating to his political asylum.

Mrs. Thanh Lan: As you previously mentioned, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan has collaborated and worked with you and another person named Nguyen Ngoc Cuong (currently imprisoned in Vietnam). You and Mr. Tuan met on Patalk right? What was the name of this forum?

Mr. Ho Ngoc Phuc: Yes he and I met on Patalk; the name of the forum is called “Vietnam and the problem today” – I am the organizer of this forum.
